Fast-Setting Floor Repair (S/L)
Fast-Setting Floor Repair(Self-Leveling) made with inorganic binders of cement and plaster, organic binders, high-class aggregates and admixtures is used to repair floor surfaces of 10mm or less in thickness. With the quick setting time, the applied surface can be walked on in 3~4 hours after application. Reduction of construction time is economical. In particular, organic binders have been mixed together in ideal proportions to achieve outstanding adhesion with the existing floor surface. Despite the quick-setting quality, this high-performance product is also equipped with very low degree of water content, superior quality and workability, etc.

Application is simple because it only requires adding of water without having to mix sand and cement.
As a leveling product to repair floor surfaces with the application thickness of 3~10mm, it produces outstanding pumpability through superior liquidity.
It is capable of securing setting suspension time of 30minutes or more. Also, the water content after 4 hours of application can be maintained below 3%. It is possible to walk and to perform successive procedures on the applied surface in 3~4 hours after application. It is economical to reduce the application period.
With outstanding durability, it does not produce symptoms of cracking or peeling. It also displays outstanding adhesion to the existing floor surface.

- Leveling (horizontal leveling) after general mortar application or leveling of floor surfaces in factories, parking lots and lobbies of building structures
- Application Procedures

- Check for cracks, unevenness or existence of foreign substances, etc. in the floor area to be repaired. Then, thoroughly remove dust or foreign substances. (Partial crushing and grinding must be administered first in vacuous areas, joints and cracked parts.)
- Make sure to apply primer prior to application in order to maximize the effects of adhesion and liquidity as well as of preventing occurrence of bubbles.
- Place the content from 1 bag (5kg) of uick-hardening Floor Repair(Self-Leveling) Remitar in an appropriately sized container. Add approximately 1.1ℓ of water and thoroughly mix for 5 minutes or more.
- Application thickness must be of 10mm or less. Finish up the applied area with a trowel, etc.
- Avoid using this product in temperature of 5℃ or less. Keep the surroundings closed as much as possible to achieve satisfactory conditions of curing. Exposure to direct sunlight and wind immediately after application may cause cracking and deterioration in strength.
- Caution

- It is advised to wear plastic or rubber gloves when handling the product.
- Make sure to maintain even ratio of water content in mixture to achieve satisfactory quality, such as even joint color, etc.
- Mixing in of other substances (cement or sand) rather than water may cause deterioration of quality.
- When handling product in low temperature, there is a possibility of freezing in the areas of application. Make sure the surrounding temperature is 5℃ or higher.
- Remitar mixed with water must be used within 1 hour.
- Store product in a dry indoor place. Once opened, the product must be used immediately.
- Store product away from children's reach.
