우리 기계팀은 현장 설비 보존과 유지, 각종 예방 점검을 담당합니다. 설비가 잘 운영되고
있는지 확인하 고, 돌발 상황이 발생할 때 응급조치와 보수를 진행하는데요. 저는 현장
반장으로서 조원들이 안전사고 없이 업무에 충실할 수 있도록 지도하고 교육 하며, 설비
보수 유지도 함께하고 있습니다. 현재 교대 근무자를 포함해 사무실 직원까지 44명이 함께
일하고 있습니다. 대부분 실전경험이 많은 전문가들입니다.

우리 바꿔분임조는 반장님이 계신 3공장을 주축으로, 각 공장에서 한 명씩 모인 팀입니다.
능력자들 가운데서도 최고 능력자들이 모여(웃음) 경진대회에 참여한 셈인데요. ‘환경
안전과 탄소 중립’이라는 단양공장의 운영방침과 ‘대체연료 사용량 증가’라는 부서 목표에
부합하는 과제를 도출하기 위해 많은 의견을 나누었습니다. 시급성, 참여도, 효과성,
시대성 등 주제 선정 적합성을 종합적으로 고려했고, 최종 적으로 “대체연료 투입공정
이송설비 개선으로 탄소배출량 감소”를 활동 주제로 결정했습니다.

분석했습니다.

우리 분임조는 구체적 대안을 마련하며 자신감을 얻었습니다. 현상 파악, 원인 분석,
목표 설정, 대책 수립, 표준화 및 사후 관리 등의 단계를 밟으며 8개월가량의 활동
계획을 수립하고 주제에 맞는 활동을 지속했습니다. <br>
목표는 대체연료 투입공정 이송설비의 정지시간을 단축해 대체연료 투입량을 늘리는
것이었습니다. 이송설비를 개선해 탄소배출량을 줄이는 것으로, 설비의 재질을 변경해
마모를 개선하거나 연료와 파이프 사이의 마찰 문제 등을 해결해 투입량을 늘리고자
했습니다. 그런데 설비가 24시간 계속 가동 되기 때문에, 재질을 바로 변경할 수 없고
보수계획에 맞춰서 적용해야 했기에 어려움이 따랐죠.

강도를 개선하고, 대체연료의 정량 공급을 위해 고안된 로타리 밸브의 내마모성을
강화하는 재질로 교체하기도 했습니다.

분임조 활동을 통해 단순한 호기심을 넘어 데이터를 바탕으로 개선 방안을 모색하고
그에 맞는 대책을 수립하는 것이 얼마나 중요한 것인지 깊이 깨닫게 됐습니다.

팀원들의 열정과 능력을 다시금 확인할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 탄소 배출량 분석 능력이

안 통해서 답답할 때가 있습니다. 그때마다 영어 회화의 필요성이 간절해지는데요.
원활한 소통을 위해서 라도 올해에는 꼭 학습 계획을 채워가겠습니다. 지난해 세웠던
계획 중에 이루지 못한 것까지, 2025년의 한일인의 계획이 모두 이루어졌으면 합니다.
