Hanil Cement acquired the international standard safety and health management system certification "ISO45001." It acquired certifications simultaneously at 19 places such as 7 dry mortar business places including the Incheon Plant, 2 slug cement business places including the Pyeongtaek Plant, and 10 ready-mixed concrete business places. In particular, this is the first case of acquiring certification for the dry mortar sector. The certification ceremony was held at the Hanil Cement headquarters in Seocho-dong, Seoul on August 23 with the attendance of Hanil Cement CSO (Chief Safety Officer) Oh Hae-geun and Korean Standards Association Industrial Standards Center Director Park Byeong-wook.

As an international certification system for safety and health management system enacted in 2018 by the International Standards Organization (ISO), ISO 45001 can be acquired through document reviews and field reviews. Hanil Cement passed the field evaluation thanks to efforts to establish a safety and health management system spanning a period of six months with the help of expert institutes since February.
