On May 14, Hanil Cement held a special lecture entitled “Work Diet” at LOUNGE The HANIL in the company headquarters.
Lee Woo-chang, Chief of the Human Solution Group, led the lecture. In the lecture, various solutions were suggested that could improve the organization’s productivity by increasing work engagement and efficiency in the changing social and legal environment that is pushing for shorter working hours.
