On April 29, the Danyang Plant of Hanil Cement held the “Maehwagol Children's Drawing Contest” at Woodeokwon located inside the plant premises. The purpose of the drawing contest was to encourage children’s hopes and dreams. Around 90 elementary school students in the Maepo region participated in the contest, expressing their world in their drawings.

In the awards ceremony, 11 elementary students received awards, including Yeon Je-hyo, a fourth-grade student from Maepo Elementary School, who won the Grand Prize. In addition, 2 excellence awards, 3 honor awards, and 5 participation awards were presented on this day.

Hanil Cement said, “We will do our best to host this event every year and to become a strong supporter and sponsor for children. Through various social programs including scholarship programs, neighbor support programs, donation of development funds, and so on, we will fulfill our role as a local company that stands with the residents.”
