Hanil Cement was selected as the best company in the categories of portland cement, dry mortar and ready mixed concrete by the 2018 Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) Award held by the Korean Standards Association on September 18, 2018.

Hanil Cement is leading the domestic cement industry, ranking first in the portland cement sector for 9 consecutive years and acquiring ISO 9001 for all of its plants in 2004 in recognition of its company-wide quality system that puts the environment and quality as the top priority.

Hanil’s Remitar, recognized as the best finishing material in Korea, was honored to rank first for 10 consecutive years and inducted into the Hall of Fame. Hanil Cement is the only company to have a nationwide supply network of Remitar in metropolitan (Inchen, Bucheon), Gangwon (Yeoju), Chungcheong (Gongju), Gyeongsang (Gaya, Haman), Honam/Jeju (Mokpo) areas, and continues to lead the Remitar market by adding early water content reduction to its recently launched “FS300,” a high-function flooring brand with significantly reduced cracking and swelling.
