3. Characteristics at using
1. Ω3000 is not very sensitive to W/B(B=cement+admixture) for getting regular strength development, thus the strength of concrete is similar to slump range 0-10cm 2. How to choose materials in using Ω3000 - It is easy to choose the kind of cement and high water reducing agent because the strength of concrete is similar each different material. - Because the strength of concrete is affected by the kinds of sand or gravel, the formulation must be chosen after many test. 3.How to control the curing condition of low pressure steam - At first stage, the previous curing is needed over 2 hours, but It is changed according to the kinds of aggregate and actual condition. - The steam curing is optimum at 80℃ over 4 hours, and more aging(℃xhr) more strength.
