Hanil Cement conducted special lectures to prevent workplace harassment and sexual harassment. Unlike traditional online video lectures, this session featured an interactive theater program titled “Thumping Hearts”, produced by the theater group Good Cultures, designed to increase employee empathy and engagement.

The program was held at the Yeongwol Plant on September 3, headquarters on September 9, and the Danyang Plant on September 18. It recreated realistic scenarios of sexual harassment and workplace bullying on stage, focusing on fostering employee understanding, empathy, and voluntary attitude change.
