On June 24, the 7th Concrete Day commemorative ceremony was held at the Korea Science and Technology Center in Seoul. The event included an awards ceremony recognizing individuals for their contributions to the advancement of concrete technology.

Hanil Cement Executive Director Park Sang-jin received a commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, while Team Leader Ahn Byung-kyu of Hanil Cement was honored by the President of the Korea Concrete Institute.

Established in 2019 by the Korea Concrete Institute in collaboration with seven organizations from the concrete industry, Concrete Day is celebrated annually on June 24, the founding date of the Institute. The event aims to promote industry development and enhance professional pride among engineers.
