The 1st Hanil Concert of 2025 was held for Hanil Group employees on April 28 at the Danyang Plant, April 30 at the Yeongwol Plant, and May 14 at the company’s headquarters.

Guest speaker Lee Min-young was invited to deliver a lecture titled “All Workplace Problems Stem from Miscommunication.”

This year’s concert was also broadcast live online, allowing employees from remote plant locations who previously had limited access to such events to participate and engage in meaningful communication.

Through the lecture, employees gained a deeper understanding of generational differences and the importance of using positive language, fostering a healthier and more communicative workplace culture.
