Hanil Cement developed “Remitar Con-Patch SL (Self-leveling),” an automatic leveling mortar that allows outdoor maintenance, for the first time in Korea.  Unlike the existing automatic leveling mortars that could only be used indoors, Con-Patch SL allows outdoor depositing, which enhances the convenience of outdoor floor maintenance.

Con-Patch SL allows quick and thin maintenance for large concrete floors such as rooftops and outdoor parking lots. Unlike existing maintenance mortars that required plastering to level the floor, this product can be easily used by people without plastering skills due to its automatic leveling function.

Polymer elements allow outdoor depositing for Con-Patch SL. Because polymer elements were added to complement the cement elements where cracks easily appear despite the hardness, there are less cracks and birdcaging even in outdoor environments thanks to the addition of flexible and adhesive polymer elements.

It is simple as you can use the same construction method as existing automatic leveling mortars. All you have to do is mix one 8 kg can of exclusive liquid and one 25 kg bag, pour on the ground, and remove bubbles using a roller. As a result of our independent tests, it took 1 hour to plaster a 100 ㎡ area; this is about 8 times faster than the existing plastering methods. It has high time and labor cost efficiency.

The weight of the product was also reduced from 40 to 25kg. This gives the advantage of preventing injuries to the muscles and bones, and it is easy to use in small-scale construction sites.

On the other hand, Hanil Cement is continuously developing and releasing new products that rapidly reflect various needs in construction sites such as the high-density floor remitar FS600HD, non-plastering floor remitar FS500 that does not require a plastering process, etc.
