On February 2nd, Danyang Plant delivered the ‘Bag of Love’ to the local National Council on Social Welfare in Maepo-eup and shared warmth.

Bag of Love is a donation for which Hanil Cement Danyang Plant's employees collect a remainder under 1,000 won from their monthly paycheck for the underprivileged in the region. The Danyang Plant purchased a Danyang gift voucher with a donation of 3 million won from this money and delivered a set of daily necessities to the local National Council on Social Welfare in Maepo-eup.

This donation started in 2002 and has been ongoing for 20 years. With the voluntary participation of employees, a total of 30 million won has been donated so far.

In addition, on January 15th, Hanil Cement also donated 50 million won for a special disaster scholarship to the Danyang Scholarship Association.
