[Hanil Networks] Launches O2O Neopang, Capable of Making Phone Calls

Hanil Networks opened application Neopang, which was developed to provide a one-stop solution to client management. Neopang is an O2O service that combines secretarial and mobile applications, which is capable of making phone calls as a real secretary does, and providing functions such as client management, schedule management, and human network management: It is a secretarial app just like a real secretary.
Neopang is a client management application that serves as a bridge between the clients and salespeople. It enables sales managers to easily maintain all clients, as well as take care of secretarial businesses that previously had to be handled by humans, such as making client service calls and thank you calls.
Director Park Jae-su of DSC Business Division at Hanil Networks explains that the age in which salespeople sends random networking text messages is now over, and that Neopang analyzes their contact history with clients to select the optimal target client base, and identify clients that needs more attention to recommend making phone calls or networking text messages in an active manner. Neopang is developed for Android phones, and can be downloaded on Google Playstore.
