On last March 29th, Danyang plant heard news that a student of Yeongwol Technical high school named Jeong Sang-yeop has been fighting leukemia, and collected 2 million won in the bankbook of love that was collected from employees' salary accounts, and then, delivered this to the local social security council of Danyang county. In the meantime, Danyang plant has been steadily carrying out community contribution activities since 1995 such as delivering scholarships worth about 70 million won to Maepo elementary and middle school, and supporting snacks worth about 2 million won to the senior citizen center in Maepo-eup every quarter.
