Hanil Cement has been ranked as one of the best company to work in the country in cement industry in 2014 selected by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).

This organization performed a survey of 6,200 employees engaged in the industry and 300 specialists on the 5 different categories as ▲excellent ▲fairness ▲joyfulness ▲Employee engagement▲ level of happiness, and achieved the highest score in cement industry added for the first time ever in this year. Particularly, both ▲excellent and ▲joyfulness were the highest score among them.

As Hanil Cement has been constantly struggling for as many as 50 years to maintain non-dispute working condition based on human-valued management that focused on communication and harmony since its foundation. Meanwhile, Korea Great Work Place Index (K-GWPI) has reported the K-GWPI result per year for readers to evaluate since 2008 to set an objective structure to realize happy work place and lead to desirable innovation.
