Hanil Cement launched the 25kg premium plaster Remitar, which features reduced weight and improved quality.

The 25kg premium plaster Remitar has become smaller from the existing package unit of 40kg and can now be easily used for small construction sites, including interior construction. As it is helpful to prevent musculoskeletal disorders with aging in construction workers, it can be used easily to ensure safety for users. While small packages (18-27kg) are widely available in advanced countries like those of Europe, most construction materials are launched in 40kg packages in Korea.

Furthermore, while reducing weight, the product optimizes the types and contents of additives to improve properties. In general, plastering is required twice or more from the initial one to the final touch. But this product can obtain properties with only one plastering, which can effectively reduce construction time. Hanil Cement also registered the related patent (10-1862594).

Concerning the 25kg premium plaster Remitar, Hanil Cement said, “We have hosted introductions and presentations for this new product with major customers and received their feedback since earlier this year. From now on, we will also continue to develop products which live up to the needs of construction sites and customers and preemptively address issues on those construction sites.”

Meanwhile, Hanil Cement unveiled for the first time in Korea last year the high-strength floor Remitar FS150, which reduces noise between floors in response to a changing construction environment, and the tile-adhesive mortar Polyfix 1000/2000, which can reduce suspended dust by 80% more than traditional tile cement.
