In 2018 Chungcheongbuk-do Quality Management Competition, hosted by the province of Chungcheongbuk-do and organized by Korea Standards Association from June 14 to June 15,Bulkkot Cell from Danyang Plant Production Team won the grand prize. Hwayeom Cell from the same team won the outstanding prize. Bulkkot Cell, which participated in the environment/safety quality competition, gave a presentation titled “Reducing Safety Incidents by Improving Forming Process Work Environment.” Hwayeom Cell participated in the worksite improvement competition and gave a presentation on “Reducing Defect Rate by Improving Cement Kiln Forming Process.” This competition was the opportunity for various production cell members to showcase the products of their passion in the past year. Bulkkot Cell, which won the grand prize, will participate in the National Production Cell Competition held in Cheongju in August of this year.
