Hanil Cement held ‘Win-Win Growth Workshop for the 100-year company’ for representatives from all cooperative manufacturing companies in October, 16th. It was held in Daemyeong Resort, Gyeongju with 23 representatives for one night two days. During the first day, Certified Public Labor Attorney, Jun Ho, Kim gave a lecture on labor law,and issues about promoting competitiveness and methods for win-win growth were discussed. During the second day, participants climbed Toham Mountain to strengthen fellowship. The win-win growth workshop gave an opportunity to share information on management environment with cooperative companies and to broaden mutual understanding while preparing the foundation for win-win growth towards the 100-year company in the future.
